Hourly Support
- Hourly on-site support ……….$75.00 / hour (30 minute minimum)
On-site support at your home or business for problem solving, installation of software or hardware or other computer support services. - Remote Support ………… $45.00 / hour(30 minute minimum)
It is the next best thing to being there and often the fastest and most economical way to get your problem resolved. You can watch and speak to a technician while your computer is being serviced. Take control of the mouse at any time. Remote support is available as long as your computer has a good connection to the internet. Remote support is not available for malware and virus removal due to the lengthy scan times required. - Hourly drop-off service at the The Computer Monkey Lab ………… $55.00 / hour (30 minute minimum)
Get your computer fixed at our office. Turn around time varies depending upon your computer’s issue and the number of other computers in for service, but in most cases it will be 1-3 days. Edmond and northwest Oklahoma City locations available for drop-off.
Data Migration (Hourly) ……… $75.00 /hour
Data Migration from one computer to another. Includes searching and consulting with user to determine areas that contain data to be transferred and moving that data to another computer.
Tutoring and Education ………. Onsite: $75.00 / hour ; Remote: $45.00 / hour
Tutoring — E-mail, Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet and other software.
Fixed Price Services ………. (hourly rate used if it is more economical)
Complete System Service ……….Onsite: $150.00 ; Offsite: $75.00
For computers that are sluggish, giving errors all the time, freezing up, etc. This tune-up service will get your computer running smoothly again.
Basic Malware/Spyware Removal ……….Onsite: $200.00 ; Offsite: $60.00
Removal of malware or spyware which has not damaged the operating system and files the way a virus does. (i.e. The computer works properly after removal without requiring repair.) All “bad” programs are malware, but true viruses are spread from one computer to another and typically do more damage.
Serious Virus & Malware Removal (rare) ……… Onsite: $275.00 Offsite: $125.00

Installing / Setting up Parental Controls ……….$25 (remotely) (does not include the price of software if needed)
